Allison graduated from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration in 2003, and soon began a successful career in the hospitality industry. From 2004-2006, Allison simultaneously served as the Executive Meeting Manager at the DoubleTree Hotel Historic Savannah & Garden Hotel Historic Savannah in Savannah, Georgia, where she oversaw and managed all in-house meetings and catering, and managed all group inventory. Allison also assisted in the successful opening of the Garden Hotel Historic Savannah. From there, Allison spent three years at the Radisson Plaza Hotel Minneapolis, where she served as Sales Manager and consistently met and exceeded her sales goals each quarter.
