Elena brings extensive experience in both the Travel Agency and Convention Management sides of the hospitality industry to Plan B. She has been a reservation agent for Carnival Cruise Line and Managing Partner of a Convention and Travel Management Company, assisting clients like IBM.
She led her team in the planning, management, and execution of large group and convention bookings – handling everything from ground transportation to catering to rate negotiations. Plan B is thrilled to implement her logistical and organizational skills into our sales blitz services for our broad client base. Elena delivers logistical support, account research, and data management.
