Kristen’s hospitality background offers a broad spectrum of talent to Plan B Consultants. Most recently, she held the position of Business Travel Sales Manager for the Flagship Radisson Plaza Hotel in Downtown Minneapolis. In this role, Kristen led efforts to increase sales revenue production and acquire new clients in a very competitive environment during an economic downturn. Her commitment to the industry is proven by six years of committee membership with the North Central Business Travel Association and Hospitality Committee Chair for the past three years.

Kristen’s career track has also included several years with Sunstone Hotel Properties, where she gained experience and leadership roles in Reservations for the Rochester Marriott, Kahler Grand Hotel, Executive Suites, Economy Inn and Holiday Inn. Kristen brings extensive knowledge of Hotelligence analysis, RevMax, and a host of marketing and data reports.

Her background in training, task force assignments, market analysis and sales blitz logistics/execution, has provided her with valuable tools and experience to offer to Plan B’s customers across the country. Clients will appreciate Kristen’s energy and passion for seeking out new business opportunities by using creative, grass-roots approaches that are cost-effective and results-driven.
