Susan Shaid-Kedson has spent 26 years in sales and marketing for the hospitality and travel industries with 17 of those years in global sales leadership positions including Starwood Hotel & Resorts where she helped to develop the Global Preferred Partnership Program for the chain.

For almost 10 years (2001-2010), Susan served as the Global Director of Business Travel Sales with Omni Hotels & Resorts, where she drove revenues from $5M to $500M in air volume and received several awards for sales excellence. Before moving into global sales, her sales career included various New York hotels and resorts, including the well-known and much-respected Four Seasons Hotel (Senior Sales Manager) and The Plaza hotel (Corporate Sales Manager).

Susan’s extensive experience now focuses on serving Plan B Consultants with revenue delivery growth. She has demonstrated talent in achieving optimum ROI in marketing/sales efforts by conducting persuasive negotiations partnered with promotional marketing, PR, and sales implementation. Susan is also a keen market analyst dedicated to optimizing competitiveness by networking with colleagues, business and industry leaders regionally, nationally and internationally.

Susan is currently serving as the North America Education Chair for the Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE).
