Amy Infante
Amy Infante, founder of Plan B Consultants, is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Journalism in Advertising along with a minor in Marketing. She earned a Six Sigma Green Belt certification through Villanova University and Certificate of Revenue Management through Cornell University, and was Director of Corporate Travel for 5 IHG-managed hotels in the San Francisco market previous to starting Plan B Consultants. With Plan B she has partnered with major hotel brands including InterContinental Hotels, Hilton, Hyatt, Holiday Inn, Hotel Indigo, Marriott, Radisson, Crowne Plaza and Omni – as well as independent and boutique hotels.
Kristen Hansen
Kristen Hansen has worked for a handful of hotels, most recently as Business Travel Sales Manager for the Flagship Radisson Plaza Hotel in Downtown Minneapolis. Kristen brings extensive knowledge of Hotelligence analysis, RevMax, and a host of marketing and data reports.
Allison Bodkin
With a degree from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration, Allison Bodkin has held various positions at hotels across the country, most notably the Sales Manager for three years at the Radisson Plaza Hotel Minneapolis. It was there she was named Manager of the Quarter multiple times.
Karen Sikora-Berard
Karen Sikora-Berard is a 25-year veteran of the hospitality industry, lending her expertise to a variety of positions including Director of Sales and Marketing, General Manager, and Director of Food & Beverage.
Elena Redondo
Elena Redondo brings extensive experience in both the Travel Agency and Convention Management sides of the hospitality industry to Plan B. She has been a reservation agent for Carnival Cruise Line and Managing Partner of a Convention and Travel Management Company, assisting clients like IBM.
Amy Brown
An active member of Plan B’s sales blitz logistical team, Amy Brown has mastered her excellent communication skills and continually thinks outside the box on her projects.
Susan Shaid-Kedson
Susan has spent 26 years in sales and marketing for the hospitality and travel industries and has worked for such well-respected properties as the Four Seasons Hotel and the Plaza Hotel in New York City.
Jeff Jensen
Jeff Jensen is Plan B Consultant’s Call Center Manager with more than 20 years of business management experience and extensive call center management experience.
Nelly Eichler
With 21 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Nelly Eichler is a strong addition to Plan B Consultants. She is excited to share her leadership, experience, and strategic knowledge of revenue management with her clients.
Judith Kalfon
Judith has demonstrated respected improvement in RevPar Index and customer satisfaction; proven success with pre-opening, renovation, and sales repositioning efforts; and expertise in E Commerce and revenue enhancement tactics.
