The Plan B Consultants
Amy Infante, founder of Plan B Consultants, is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Journalism in Advertising along with a minor in Marketing. She earned a Six Sigma Green Belt certification through Villanova University and Certificate of Revenue Management through Cornell University, and was Director of Corporate Travel for 5 IHG-managed hotels in the San Francisco market previous to starting Plan B Consultants. With Plan B she has partnered with major hotel brands including InterContinental Hotels, Hilton, Hyatt, Holiday Inn, Hotel Indigo, Marriott, Radisson, Crowne Plaza and Omni – as well as independent and boutique hotels.
Jeff Jensen is Plan B Consultant’s Director of Operations with more than 20 years of business management experience and extensive call center management experience.
Katie Donner is Plan B Consultants’ Logistics Coordinator, where she has become proficient in the organization of sales blitz activities and sales blitz logistics, completion of RFPs, and is well versed in customer service and guest satisfaction with nearly seven years of hospitality service.
